Job Description 
BIBUS METALS SDN. BHD., as a subsidiary of BIBUS METALS Group, an internationally operating, family-owned firm headquartered in Switzerland, is one of the leading stockists and supplier specialized in high performance materials. We distribute and stock sheets, rods and tubes in nickel alloys, titanium alloys and stainless steel for Aerospace. In addition, we have one of the largest stocks in this segment in Europe and Asia. Our most valuable asset: close personal contact with our customers and our sales team, which is the engine that drives our support for success. 
Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.  

Objectives of this Role 
•    Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings 
•    Research and understand customers’ need and identify how our solutions meet them 
•    Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
•    Generate leads, and build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships 
•    Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base within Thailand 
•    Manage month-end and year-end close processes 

Skills and Qualifications 
•    Degree in metallurgy, business administration or related field 
•    Minimum 5+ years in sales for metal materials 
•    existing and extensive network/relationship with Manufacturers 
•    long-term experience in high performance metal materials 
•    (Especially in Nickel and Titanium alloy field, preferrable) 
•    Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close 
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
•    Ability to travel sometimes for customer visits and/or exhibitions
